Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Singer Oceanfront Resort Dream Wedding Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins at around 8 am. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

  1. SPONSOR

The Singer Oceanfront Resort, 3700 N. Ocean Drive, Singer Island, Riviera Beach, FL 33404 (“Sponsor” or “Hotel”). Operated by Davidson Hospitality Group.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.thesingerresort.com/wedding-contest (“Website”) and follow the instructions provided to submit a completed online entry form. There is no cost to register or enter. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means or practices, or by any means which subvert the entry process, will be void. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Et on November 30, 2026 to be eligible. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

  1. Verify any element of any entry, related materials, or entrant’s eligibility;
  2. Request additional information; and
  3. Disqualify any entrant whose participation may subject the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, or Sponsor’s advertisers, clients, or partners to controversy, negative publicity, scorn, or ridicule.

By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to provide any documentation or information deemed necessary by, and in a form acceptable to, Sponsor to satisfy the above requirement if asked by Sponsor to do so.

  1. LIMIT

One (1) entry per person and per email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. You may only use one (1) email address per entry. 

  1. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Davidson Hospitality Group, Hilton Worldwide, participating vendors (including Mr. B Hospitality, Sarz Entertainment, Rumbas Event Rentals, Sweet Guilt by Angelica), and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) or household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean spouses, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and their respective spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

  1. WINNER SELECTION / DRAWING

On or about December 15, 2026, Sponsor will announce the winner from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period to select one (1) potential winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winner will be notified via email, phone, and/or mail and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, IRS W-9 form, and Release of Liability/Publicity within five (5) days of date of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner, or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. 

One (1) Grand Prize Package will be awarded, consisting of a wedding package for up to 125 guests at The Singer Oceanfront Resort.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $60,875.00

Prize Breakdown & Vendor Inclusions:

  • Food & Beverage Package (The Singer Oceanfront Resort): Reception with an antipasto display and four (4) assorted passed hors d’oeuvres; a plated first course and standard “duet” entrée dinner; a plated dessert and venue wedding cake; and a 5-hour exceptional bar with a champagne toast for up to 125 guests. (Approximate Retail Value: $35,875.00)
  • Event Planning Services (Mr. B Hospitality): Comprehensive event planning services. (Value: $14,000.00)
  • Linens & Chair Rentals (Rumbas Event Rentals): Event chairs and table linens for up to 125 guests. (Value: $5,000.00)
  • DJ & Entertainment Services (Michael Schwartz / Sarz Entertainment): Baseline DJ/MC services and sound coverage. (Value: $2,600.00)
  • Floral Package: Ceremonial and reception arrangement package including bridal/bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony arch, and centerpieces. (Value: $2,200.00)
  • Additional Wedding Cake (Sweet Guilt by Angelica): 3-tier faux design cake and sheet cake service for up to 125 guests. (Value: $1,200.00)

Exclusions & Upgrade Restrictions: Unless explicitly listed above, all other expenses associated with the wedding—including but not limited to travel/transportation, guest accommodations, food and beverage outside of the included package, venue service fees, delivery fees, setup fees, local/state taxes, and optional service upgrades—are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may not substitute, assign, or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and will be issued an IRS Form 1099. (Note: F&B package numbers are subject to change based on actual selection and cost).

  1. PRIVACY

Registration on the Website is required to enter the Sweepstakes. When you register, we collect personally identifying information about you, including your name, complete mailing address, and email address. Information provided will be added to Sponsor’s database and used to administer the contest. Your email address will not be sold or rented to third parties.

  1. ARBITRATION

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that:

  1. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at a AAA regional office in Palm Beach County, Florida;
  2. The Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration; and
  3. Judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages including attorney’s fees or any other damages, other than for entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
  1. RELEASES

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release Sponsor, CCHI Singer Island, LLC, Davidson Hospitality Group, Hilton Worldwide, participating vendors, and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising in any manner, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

  1. OTHER / GENERAL CONDITIONS

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, undelivered, garbled, or misdirected entries or registrations; or for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or modify this Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, technical corruption, non-authorized human intervention, epidemic, pandemic, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, proper play, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use each entrant’s name, hometown (city and state), voice, biographical information, likeness, photograph, and statements regarding this Sweepstakes in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, for marketing and promotional purposes without additional review, approval, credit, or compensation.
